I am aware that I have hardly updated my account since I joined DA, this is because many surprising things (both good and bad) happened all at once and I haven't had much time to make art. My grandmother had a stroke recently which left her paralyzed on her right side. Yesterday she had surgery. The doctors found a mass in her ovaries which they couldn't tell if it was cystic or cancerous. Anyways, all went well; she lost a minimal amount of blood, they didn't have to tear through any muscle, and the incision was smaller than they originally thought it had to be. So she's on the mend and will be back home soon. Now I wish her daughter would actually lift a finger to care for her, but that's another story for another time
